Why "TSC is far better than NSC"?
NSC sent receipts for some July 2nd already even though it received the bulk of the applications.
Yes, I think the status is for individual applications only - as far as I know.
If it goes with the same pace...then it may take very very long time to clear Jul 2nd - Aug 17th applications (receipt process)...unless they increse man power OR come-up with soem alternatives.....
Anyway TSC is far betther than NSC....

I dont know if this is possible but how about applying for EB3 using premium processing and once it is approved u have ur prority date set to Apr 2004 and then apply for EB2 I140 and ask for the April 2004 priority date.
I am not sure if u can do this, looking forward from others to see if this is possible.
It is possible as mnkaushik suggested. And your employers don't have to revoke the EB3 140 in order to file the EB2 140. You will need to file EB3 first and after it is approved, file EB2 and port the EB3 PD to the new application.

Hi,
Me and My friend developed a product, which is ready to launch. The product is very good and two fortune 500companies are willing to implement the product and back us up.
Now my problem is I am on H1B working fulltime with a company and also have an EAD. At this moment I cannot leave my fulltime job. My question is , if I can be a partner with my friend in the new company we are forming( My friend is a US citizen), also will I be able to get paid ( as the developement of the product drained my pocket, this was the hope and I think we are close to reap the hardwork) . Also my wife is also on EAD , can she be the partner? Will there be any issue if I can do that.
Please help!!
As a H1-B employee, if you are a partner to the company, you can take profits. but you cannot take salary as a employee. For example, you could be a 50% partner for profits. But your friend(US Citizen) can be the working partner who actually signs all the checks and contracts etc.
Best would be to make your wife who is on EAD to be the partner. She can be an employee and a partner. More flexibility. I do not see any issue.

My GC was approved last month after a very long wait time. Currently I am working for company B on EAD (not the GC filing employer). The question I had was can I continue to work for company B on a part time basis and join company A (GC filling employer).
Company A has a 9 month probation period I am worried if i quiet company B and company A fire me later then I will be with out job.
So I can work for company A (GC filing employer) full time and at the same time work part time with company B.
So this way if company A does fire me during probation period I continue with company B :confused: on full time basis. Is this ok will it come to haunt me when I file for citizenship?

In the past , murthy lawyers have also claimed to have successfull MTR cases but that hardly created any awareness among USCIS about the AC21 law that they are not supposed to directly deny AOS if underlying I-140 gets revoked. Although we hope its good news but I doubt that this is going to make any difference to any future AOS applications whose I-140 get denied.

Hi Folks, I have a question about traveling to India...
Want to travel from US to Indore, India. As I need to change planes either Mumbai or Delhi, how does it work?
1. I came to know that in Mumbai, it is just change of terminals, not airports. Am I right?
In Mumbai, you need to go from the international part to the domestic part. They are pretty close. Usually the airline will arrange buses to take all the passengers to the domestic part. However, you need to collect your luggage and clear customs and immigration before that.
2. How about Delhi? Once I arrive at International airport in Delhi, to catch a domestic flight to Indore, is it change of airports or just change of terminals? Is there a shuttle provided?

definitely your entry should be deneid, you are not uncapale to solve your domestic problem, how come you are going to do good to this country by getting GC. (I agree these people are not good as you, but before they start domestic voilence there are on citizen/GC (either one of them),
