hi there,
i have a quick question for gurus here..
if an earlier original EB3 I-140 is revoked and if EB2 labor is approved now, can the PD be ported while filing new EB2 I-140 provided EB3 I-485 is pending??

Guess its easier.. and then they give negative reps instead of answers... Anyway.. Seems IV is losing focus and with this attitude of majority.. many more will go away...
I'll request all contributors to feel proud but don't boast all the time of your contributions and expect contributions from the others rather than questions...
I expect more negative.. as this is the latest trend in IV.. Anyway... where there is a will.. there is a way.. So I'll find my answer :-) and will continue answering folks who need... People will contribute at their pace and in the manner they feel good... You just can't force them... without being an example...

Get the police record and DA office record. . If the record shows that no charges were pressed, you can submit that. Check if DA's office can give you a letter.
You can also try obtaining a letter from the court indicating that their record did not have anything on you.

Remember to point it out at FP, and they will also ask you to phone USCIS and correct it. You could phone USCIS first, and then you might find that FP has it already corrected in the computer.
Once USCIS update it they will send you a letter to say that they made a change to the file, this is just FYI.
My wife's DoB had a typo. It was spotted at FP office.
Of course I am assuming some obvious typo, not a FP notice for Jim Smith and your name is Ramkrishnan Singh. :-)
or Ramakrishnan Bhatti. LOL.. that example was hilarious. (reddy, murthy, prasad) would have been closer.

Hello There,
I want to apply for my 3 yrs H extension using preminum processing. Can i do that by just using the email confirmation from USCIS that I-140 petition was approved? My 1-140 petition was approved in Dec,2006 and still have not recived my approval notice.

Your first two entries are a bit too small, but I can still add them up as an entry. For your other entries, some of them are (as you mention in the descriptions) photos that you took and vectorized. Unfortunately, those will not qualify, for the goal is for you to draw manually without converting an existing photo.
To answer your question, your first two entries and the this one (http://kwijl.deviantart.com/art/MyBobblehead-64787112) seem to qualify!

That is a problem with Swift and not with your PC configuration. I'm not sure why it would freeze or lockup when importing files. My best advice would be for you to uninstall Swift 3D and re-install it again. The problem should usually be solved. If the problem appears, it could be an error external to that of Swift.
Try re-installing your graphics card drivers if re-installing Swift does not solve the problem. If all else fails, try asking Electric Rain for help. It could be a bug =)

My Wife had the same issue when her H1B got approved. Her attorney (It was his mistake) had to amend the petition . But I remember we got a new receipt number and a new I-94 with the corrected DOB when the final approval came. The bad thing is the amendement application also enters the H1-B cycle of months for approval if not filed under premium processing. We had plans to travel back to India and do stamping at that time. I had to pay this attorney $1000 for PP even though it was his mistake.

If you are e-filing, answer to Q 15 is not mandatory, so I guess if in doubt it's safe to skip it.
