Better give them both there is no harm, because they are gonna check the validity period on them.
But u can ask a attroney, that was my opinion.
Hi,
I am trying to understand the I-485 process and unfortunately don't have a lawyer to ask questions.
Can someone please explain why copies of the passport (showing biographical data) are required? Which form asks for them - I did not find anything in I-485. That form only asks for a copy of the visa, if issued within the last year.
Thank you.

Assuming you meet the requirements for E visa status as an employee and not an owner of the company, this is a viable strategy.
Thank you for your prompt reply. I'm not the owner of the Company. I just whished I didn't have to leave the Country to get another Visa.

The trees were, indeed, leaning.
And one other thing....I have been wondering about "the golden rule" for a time...thought it was quite meaningless, but this pic has shown me that indeed when you compose from right to left, your sight gets more into the picture.
Check this reversed version of the pic above, and tell me in which one is the milk container truck ('deep' in the picture ) more evident.
What do you think?
